A scenic forest course following the river with a little up and down, with 1 decent climb at the half way point that will have you huffing and puffing, but it’s all down hill after that 🙂 the perfect distance for those wanting to step it up from their normal 5km around Hagley, a great introduction to trail running it will challenge you but guaranteed to have you pumped once its done. We do recommend that any 9 or 10 year old’s should be accompanied by an adult.
